problem banning [FIXED]

when I ban some player in the game, ban the account or the char.
the player cannot log out, he logs in even though he was banned

Even if I put his ip on the ban list, it returns right away.

Check this out, because it's annoying me to ban by ip and the players back normally. even banning the bill;
