Java Optimization

Hello guys,

I would like to inform you that i optimized the core by using the benefits of Java 7.
All connections, statements, and readers are now closed safely.
Also, there is a connection task to check whether a connection is closed or not.
Moreover, project is now compatible with Java 8.
I know there are lot of changes which are difficult for admins to apply, but it's all for the sake of a more stable core.
Some things have been corrected among those changes, as well.

Now, we can probably move to the Java AIs that many asked for.

With that we will be able to contribute more AI files. (Prolly even more then there was in c4^^).
