New config file suggestion

I know we have discussed this subject before but I decided to revive it because it's important to me and other ppl. My suggestion is to make a new config file, something like "lisvus.properties" which will contain option to disable custom and post-C4 features like auto SS use and auto targeting. The reason is to give the server admin opportunity to choose what to add on his/her server or what not to add. I hope you understand that for some of us being retail is important just like being custom is important for other ppl.
Please at least consider it as an option.
