it can't complete Quest, kill monster but haven't Quest item !

Hello. It seems that handling for this part of quest is bad. Quest requires you to hit monster more than 15 times without killing it, then talk to spawned NPC to proceed.
I'm gonna add a kill event check for this monster, so that it gives killer required quest flag when killed. Until next update, trying attacking multiple times.
