Hello, BuffImmunity effect does not exist inside Core.
This is the reason why your Anti-Buff shield throws errors.
In 2016, I believe it's a primitive way to prevent unwanted buffs.
Check revision 562. I added a custom configuration to use /block command for blocking buffs by blocked characters.

Best way to prevent players "overbuffing" other players is increasing the max buff limit in the configs.
No way to stress yourself with core parts, that way.

I do not see that increasing the number, does an anti buff effect, ican have max 25 but they are going to step on ..
