    Skill enchantment is implemented in Java/Html/sql side.
    I will soon start adding skill stats, step by step.

    EDITED.
    Fixed an issue in core that was showing only 1 of 2 enchant routes.
    Added enchant routes for Necromancer' s skills.

    100% of enchantable skills have their stats added.
