Like title say, the reuse delay for skill Summon Kat the Cat (i checked on lvl4) is very very long time. i think is totaly wrong.
you can view the difference on the first 4 levels to the next...
i dont know why have this method to reuse delay, others summon have a more simple 20000 reus delay for all levels.
