the skills is working but maybe u have the limits of amount buffs over 34 and u dont see it cause is a bug client....at least on my server works

if u check it as gm become mortal //imvul dont forget all tests supose to be made by normal chars not gm/admin chars

As i said, skill works.
If your pack has no related mistakes, you gotta check your client.
Action file could be modified, as well.
