    Can anyone tell me how I change the accessories and weapons of heroes for everyone to use without restrictions?

    By default, all hero items can only be equipped by heroes and GMs (if configured).
    For this item to be equipable by all players, go to https://gitlab.com/TheDnR/l2j-lisvus/-/blob/main/core/java/net/sf/l2j/gameserver/templates/L2Item.java and remove check for id `6842`.
