And again bugs

1. Teleport to clan Holes through andmin Panel icon not working correctly (teleport to the roof).
2. I did spawn one chests type l2cnest to the database and tried to attack him and he was immortal.
3. Some functions do not work Сlan Hall for example decoration Clan Hall.

1. It' s going to be fixed along with the upcoming zone update.
2. I' ll take a look at it right now.
3. I know that several CH features are missing. Be sure that decoration is going to be in the big plan
