Hello. As far as I know, crystal scrolls use the same enchant rates as blessed scrolls but I think we can add few configurations.

On my pack i applied a enchant code like l2jfrozen for normal, crystal and blessed for every enchant. +4=67%, +5=64%, +6=61...

I'm trying to keep project configuration plain and simple so settings might probably be looking like the ones of the rest of scrolls.
Project is currently undergoing a major update but I think we can add something for this soon.

is the same as normal, however, it does not have a rate setting.
