I was checking out another issue when this happened. Character stayed like that after finishing the seal of ruler skill. If you click to move etc. it goes back to normal.

Might be one of those weird c4 client bugs. Similar to the heal aura effect.

probably a visual bug (client), were you in another window (alt+tab) ?
