problems with login

I'm having problems with players who can't log into the server.
many players are not logging in

There is no sufficient information here.
Make sure players English keyboard when they try to register and login.
If they do and problem still persists, try to locate any suspicious errors in console.

did not join the server because they could not log in.
I spoke with the dedicated team.
but it wasn't the Machine.
I was told that it was the project that had this problem.

I insist that you compare their usernames with the ones in database.
Typing languages other than English (e.g. Portuguese) will not fill username field in screen but value will still be kept from keyboard. This is a client problem that everyone needs to be careful with.
The values you need to compare are usernames in 'missing account' message and usernames in SQL table.

Note: You should take a look at website registration too. Something could be wrong there and may not be noticeable.
Either way, I believe that comparing your input data with SQL data will lead you to the reason of the problem.

I had few live servers in the past, but never encountered this issue.
And I had a lot of latin players.
