[NPC] Global Gatekeeper

I have never shared any NPC all these years, so here I am sharing a nice-looking gatekeeper for a change.
This gatekeeper was originally created by LamprosJr/Cronia in Maxcheaters forum, for Interlude client.
In addition to Interlude, C4 HTML window does not auto-generate closing tags and renders elements as plain text.

My work:
- Converted XML data to sql. Data is stored in custom tables.
- Added quotes to all HTML attribute values.
- Added missing font closing tags. In addition to Interlude, C4 HTML window renders unclosed tags as plain text.
- Changed width on certain elements.
- Removed useless align and colspan attributes.
- Fixed widths that were greater than 300.
- Title has become clickable and redirects to main page.
- Changed buttons background to "down" instead of "hover".
- Removed C5-IL teleports.
- Tested all teleports one by one. They are fully functional.

In order to use it, you have to install and enable custom tables.
If you don't want to, you can move data inside original npc and teleport tables.
